To ensure a safe, disciplined, and productive learning environment, all students are expected to follow these guidelines:
General Conduct
Every student must carry the school calendar/diary to school daily.
Students must maintain cleanliness in classrooms and on school premises.
Any damage to school property must be compensated by parents/guardians.
Students are responsible for their personal belongings. Bringing money or valuable items to school is discouraged.
Students must respect and follow teachers' instructions at all times. Misconduct or arguments will not be tolerated.
Uniform & Appearance
Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days and during school functions.
Strict adherence to the dress code is mandatory. Boys must wear regular-fit shirts and trousers, and girls must wear the prescribed uniform.
Black shoes are compulsory for all students.
Students must maintain proper grooming. Boys should have a neat haircut, girls should have neatly braided hair.
Long nails are not permitted.
Wearing gold ornaments or valuable accessories is strictly prohibited within the school campus.
Attendance & Punctuality
Students must be punctual. School hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Latecomers will be dealt with strictly.
Leave requests should be submitted in advance whenever possible.
Unnecessary leave is not permitted. Absences without prior intimation will be handled seriously.
Students absent for five consecutive days without permission may have their names removed from the rolls. Re-admission will require payment of a fresh admission fee.
Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in maintaining discipline, punctuality, and regular attendance.
School Premises & Movement
Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without official permission.
In case of early departure, a written request from the parent/guardian must be submitted to the school authorities.
Parents/guardians are not permitted to meet students or teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
Students are not permitted to visit other students' homes without parental knowledge and approval.
Prohibited Items & Activities
Mobile phones are not allowed. Any device found will be confiscated and will not be returned.
Students are not permitted to commute to school using two-wheelers. Violations will be dealt with strictly.
Any form of malpractice during examinations or class tests is strictly prohibited.
Academic & Administrative
Promotion to the next class is not guaranteed solely by attendance or tuition.
The Principal's decision on academic and administrative matters shall be final.
Parents are requested to review all rules and ensure their children adhere to them.
